Biography

Alberto’s professional carrier has been always oriented in Development of new products for cookies and crackers. 10 years in Mondelez R&D team, of which the first years developing products for Mexico, Central America, and after for LA and process oriented for food service for North American business. The second half, in Paris area oriented to crackers and snacks for the European market, mainly focus for UK and France.

Currently in AAK Belgium, a global supplier for fats and oils. Alberto Rosado is a Global CI Manager for Biscuits where he supports global Bakery innovative solutions, towards proof points in the application for all types of biscuits, cookies and crackers within a customer-centric approach.
