Jose has been working with biscuits and cereal snacks for almost 18 years, in companies like Nestlé, Mondelez and Kellogg`s. He started his career in manufacturing, then research and development for raw materials, food and processing. During these years, he was able to work his expertise in  innovation, flour, fats, cost savings and process optimization projects. He lives in Brazil with his wife and two kids.
