BIOGRAPHY

Nataša Šarčević, Director of Marketing and Innovation at Atlantic Štark, is a marketing expert, experienced in the development and implementation of marketing strategies adapted to local and regional markets in the FMCG category.

Before her current position, she held the position of director of Research and Development of Štark’s brands, that stands for the Sweet and Savory Strategic Business Area within Atlantic Grupa.

In a career covering more than 20 years, she has built broad expertise in creative development and production of integrated marketing campaigns, as well as in development of successful product innovation that are rejuvenating brands and taking business to new growth areas. Therefore, she is recognized for strong leadership skills in managing brands as well as marketing and R&D teams at local and international companies – Fruvita (Director Of Marketing And Business Development), Carlsberg Group (Mainstream Marketing Manager) and PepsiCo (Group Brand Manager).

Nataša graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade, majoring in Marketing. During her studies, she was a prominent member of the Marketing Workshop and a member of the Eureca team that won first place at the IAA global competition for economics students.

Today, Nataša is a member of the Economic Faculty Alumni Club and the Marketing Workshop, she supports young talents sharing her knowledge and giving them the opportunity to learn through the practice in her team.

Nataša is also a member of the most important domestic and international marketing organizations:

  • UEPS (Association for Market Communications Serbia – member of the management board),
  • SEMA (Serbian Marketing Association)
