The Best Practices on Steel Belts and Tracking Systems for Baking Ovens – What to Look for and How to Solve Problems

The objectives of my presentation are the following:

• Enable bakers with solid oven steel belts in use to extend the life time of the belts as well as to increase product quality and output
• Create awareness about critical factors for the solid steel oven belts and show the dos and don’ts

The main contents of my presentation:

• The steel belt itself. What is the appropriate steel grade?
• Belt touching components and their influences on solid steel belts in bake ovens
• Belt tracking problems and belt tracking
• Why does a solid bake oven steel belt lose flatness?
