Dietmar HOEDL

Dietmar HOEDL is a Mechanical Engineer with an extensive career in the Berndorf Group. He began his professional journey in 1988 as a design engineer, contributing to product development and mechanical design. In 1995, he joined the newly established customer service department at Berndorf Band, where he played a key role in building a global service network and developing specialized equipment for steel belt installation and repair.

In 2003, he transitioned to the sales department, initially managing markets in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and South Africa, and later expanding his responsibilities to include China and Southeast Asia. Since 2010, he has been leading the global service department at Berndorf Band, overseeing a team of more than 70 service technicians worldwide and managing their training and development together with his team.

Alongside his service leadership role, he has also been responsible for sales activities in Southeast Asia, Pakistan, and Bangladesh since 2005. With decades of technical and commercial experience, Dietmar combines deep engineering expertise with a strong customer-oriented approach, driving innovation and long-term partnerships across the global steel belt industry.
