Enrico Pevarello, 38, has a degree in Industrial Engineering and has been working at the family company for 20 years. During this time, he has held several roles, starting as a sales assistant and eventually reaching the COO position. He is currently also the technical lead of the engineering team dedicated to the development and design of biscuit production lines.
