Lefteris joined EJ Papadopoulos SA, one of the top and leading Food Companies in Greece, in 2007 as a R&D Scientist and is currently working as R&D Director.
Holds a Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology from the Agricultural University of Athens and a PhD in Applied Biological Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
Lefteris has extensive experience In Bakery and Fine Bakery Technology and ingredients, Project Management and Leading Teams.
For more than 15 years he leaded and participated in numerous projects including New Product Development and Product and Process Improvement & Optimization, Troubleshooting, Commissioning of Production Equipment and Lines in the sectors of Biscuits, Crackers, Wafers, Cereal Bars, Bread and Bread substitutes.
