Phillip Stringer is the founder of Comprehensive Process Solutions, LLC, and a dedicated Engineering and R&D professional with 14 years of experience in the Food, Agriculture, and Pharma industries.

His extensive global experiences, spanning over 30 countries across six continents, provide him with unique insights into client needs. Phillip's passion for Process Engineering and making innovative ideas a reality has led him to collaborate with organizations ranging from startups to multinational corporations valued at over $40 billion.

He has been instrumental in designing and installing manufacturing systems from ingredient handling to packaging. A senior technical contributor to capital projects up to $100 million, Phillip has also served as a senior leader at a science and innovation center, where he enhanced R&D capabilities and assisted customers in identifying technologies and processes for new product development or process improvements. Phillip enjoys working with and training all levels of an organization. He holds dual master’s degrees in Science Management and Leadership, and an MBA, merging technical knowledge with business acumen. His passion lies in building robust business and manufacturing systems through technical empowerment.
