In this case study, Igor Riccardi (Sales Director at CEPI) will illustrate the bulk-handling system that CEPI provided for biscuits producer Campiello, where over 20 ingredients, such as chocolate chips, butter, grinded biscuits, syrup, hazelnut paste, brown sugar, honey, ammonium, are automatically dosed demonstrating the technology and processes involved in the accurate handling of complex and varied recipe.
