BIOGRAPHY
A third-generation baker and certified Master Baker, I hold a BSc in Food Science and Technology and an MSc in Food Engineering.
My career began in the bread industry before expanding into a broad spectrum of food production. As Technical Executive at NBL, I oversee the manufacturing of biscuits, crackers, fried and extruded snacks, potato and maize chips, instant and premium coffee, spray-dried non-dairy creamers, and tea blending and packaging operations.
Prior to relocating to South Africa, I served as Senior Technical Officer in the Baking and Cereal Processing Department at Campden BRI (formerly CCFRA) from 2006 to 2010, gaining extensive experience in food research and development.
Currently in my 15th year with NBL, I lead R&D and NPD initiatives, as well as process and technology optimization to drive innovation and operational excellence.
